Options Virtual Charter School is a free, public charter school within the Elkhorn Area School District. Options provides educational service to students in grades 4K-12. Under the direction of Wisconsin licensed teachers, our students access instruction in an alternative setting.

Options offers flexible scheduling, personalized instruction, and access to district resources. Options uses a variety of educational delivery methods to achieve the goal of educating the child. Our teachers utilize a number of different educational opportunities in meeting the individualized educational needs of our students. Online instruction is just one of these options.

At the 4K - 5th-grade level, families can customize their experience in several different routes. Options Virtual Charter School offers, book-based curriculum, online curriculum, and a hybrid approach called "Academy." Families also have the option to participate in field trips and other enrichment programs.
